Job Description
Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Operations to lead the financial performance and analytics delivery for the Commerce Finance Division and the Manufacturing and Operations Division. This role involves strategic initiatives, operational functions, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine financial acumen, business partnership skills, and operational understanding, driving efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Eight (8) or more years of related experience with a minimum of four (4) years of management responsibility.
- Substantial experience in finance roles within wholesale operations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong business analytics skills.
