Job Description
Fanatics is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead commercial efforts to sell trading cards in the Greater China region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). This role focuses on revenue growth, channel management, and developing sales strategies tailored to the specific market conditions and preferences of China. The ideal candidate will be strategic, relationship-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record in the China market.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience managing sales across hobby stores, eCommerce, and mass retail.
