We're looking to strengthen our team with a Key Account Manager for the DACH market to create extraordinary value for our customers by understanding their needs and goals and develop individual strategies for each account.
Requirements
- Portfolio management: managing own portfolio of accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and shared growth
- Regular communication: staying proactive and keeping customers up to date
- Enthusiastic collaboration with other teams like marketing or product to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitoring & Reporting: tracking important KPIs, managing customer feedback and bug reports
- Regular check-ins: holding reports, presentations, MBRs/QBRs, and strategic planning with customers
- Compliance: ensuring that agreements and conditions are met
- CRM maintenance: keeping portfolio up to date, managing subscriptions, and configuring features in the back-office system
- Sales demos & product research: supporting as needed, working closely with the product team, and helping develop our solutions
