Intensive Services Clinician, Behavioral Health

Provides trauma-focused diagnostic assessments and enhanced community-based services for a mixed caseload of children, youth and young adults. Collaborates on cases with case managers, psychiatric team, and other service providers to ensure best client care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required
• Required to be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
• Experience working with children exposed to trauma preferred
• Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
• Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
• Flexible schedule with some evenings
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay
• Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay
