Care Coordinator, Residential

FSRI is looking for a Care Coordinator to provide case coordination to clients, families, and collaterals, and to advocate for clients and families in navigating human service departments and agencies. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a social work-related field and experience working with residential programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in social work-related field or significant residential/childcare experience
• Willingness and capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation with a minimum of 3 seats
• Bilingual/ASL skills or multilingual skills
• Ability to implement child management techniques and use of physical restraint
• Excellent communication skills
