Community Leasing Associate

The Community Leasing Associate is responsible for creating exceptional apartment living experiences for residents. They will work as a salesperson, communicating with prospective residents, vendors, and Fairfield associates. This role is part of the Fairfield Property Management Team and offers opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales or retail position
• Experience or knowledge in leasing or real estate a plus
• Strong typing and computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to close a sale is highly preferred
• Knowledge of tax credit, fair housing, and trade practices a plus
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A valid driver's license may be required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays
