Community Leasing Associate - Affordable

Fairfield is seeking a Community Leasing Associate to serve as the first point of contact with prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and Fairfield associates. The successful candidate will drive the lease closing process, provide unmatched customer service, and meet sales goals and leasing ratios.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales, or retail position
• Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) preferred
• Strong math skills
• Strong typing and computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
