Faire is an online wholesale marketplace that connects independent retailers with products from around the world. The company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive critical initiatives across Marketplace Ops functions, including Marketplace Quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles at high-growth companies
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, driving projects from strategy through implementation
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with ability to drive complex analyses and translate into key actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Knowledge of SQL
