The role involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Requirements
- Native level of Portuguese and good level of English
- Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles and sales roles
- Passion for simplifying processes and removing obstacles for customers and colleagues
- Ambitious, proactive, and a positive team player with strong organizational skills
- Confident using CRM tools and unafraid to pick up the phone to support clients
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
