Job Description
FMC Ice Sports, a family-owned company with a long history in ice sports, is seeking a Facility Operator to maintain and operate their 25 public ice skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts. This role requires a commitment to customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently. No prior experience in ice rink operations is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends
- Commitment to customer service
