Job Description
FMC Ice Sports, a leading ice sport facility management and operations company, is seeking a Facility Operator to maintain and operate public ice arenas. The role involves routine maintenance, janitorial services, ice surface care, and providing outstanding customer service. No prior experience in ice rink or ice sports is required, and full training will be provided. The company operates 25 public ice skating arenas across Massachusetts.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
