Job Description
FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Facility Operator for their 25 public ice skating arenas across Massachusetts. The role involves maintaining facilities, including maintaining ice surfaces, cleaning, and ensuring safe and healthy conditions for patrons. While no prior experience is required, training will be provided. The work schedule is variable and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Maintain and secure facility.
- Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
- Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
