F&S Fresh Foods is seeking a Kroger National Sales Manager for the produce & deli categories. This role will drive sales growth, margin expansion, and strategic collaboration across Kroger's expansive enterprise, aiming to deliver high-quality products while meeting company objectives. The role focuses on customer engagement, category expertise, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven track record working with Kroger, understanding their systems, processes, and culture.
- 5+ years of Fresh Category Expertise (deli experience and relationships)
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business management.
- Solid business development and budget analysis skills.
- Energetic and proactive individual.
- Ability to travel 30%-40% within the assigned region.
