VP of Engineering

X-ES is looking for a VP of Engineering to develop solutions across a wide range of ruggedized products and applications. In this role, you will oversee all stages of development, from requirements and design, through implementation and verification, to continuing engineering and customer support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering management experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field
• Proven ability to manage engineering project development
• Deep understanding of software, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles
• Expertise in the oversight and optimization of engineering design tools
• Knowledge of software development tools and methods (Agile)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail
