Systems Analyst, ERP

Extreme Engineering Solutions is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and continuously improve our ERP system. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting ERP systems and has a strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, accounting, and business workflows.

Requirements

• Serve as initial point of escalation for ERP users regarding system issues and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and configure ERP modules through collaboration with manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Support ERP users through troubleshooting, training, documentation, and day-to-day system questions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ERP team on enhancements, fixes, and upgrades.
• Assist with ERP testing, validation, release, and deployment of new functionality.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Support data accuracy, reporting, and system integrity across departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
