Machine Shop Manager

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a Machine Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our internal machine shop. This leader will be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, equipment is maintained, safety protocols are strictly followed, and quality standards are consistently upheld.

Requirements

• General oversight, communication, and implementation of Machine Shop operations and processes
• Plan, manage, and prioritize the processing schedules and production orders from programming through shipment
• Optimize operational costs and productivity with a focus on machine efficiency, resource planning, and utilization
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure all components meet internal and customer standards while maintaining accurate production and maintenance records
