Exponent Energy is seeking a Service Manager - Charging Infrastructure to improve Exponent’s market share in Bengaluru and beyond. This on-site role focuses on streamlining charging station operations, maintenance, and service response through defined processes and data-driven insights. The team operates with a hustle mindset and prioritizes building fast and passionate solutions.
Requirements
- Design end-to-end processes for charging station operations.
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring activities.
- Establish governance for software integrations, field team tools, and service workflows.
- Streamline cross-team program management.
- Manage dashboarding and KPIs.
- Lead process adoption and change management initiatives.
