Director of Sales

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Director of Sales to join a dynamic team focused on empowering residents to thrive in their senior years. This role involves meeting sales goals, building relationships with potential residents, analyzing market data, and overseeing marketing initiatives. The position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare and senior living industry and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience insenior living, including assisted living and memory care environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree orequivalent experience and education preferred
• Creative and "out of the box" thinker desired
• Expertise in "relationshipselling" and a demonstrated ability to close
• Experience with motivational interviewing techniques preferred
• Must demonstrate competence in customer service
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to show sincerity and empathy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Current driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
