The role involves meeting or exceeding monthly sales standards, managing referrals, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents. The team focuses on empowering people to live their lives to the fullest.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales or leasing in healthcare or senior living.
• Creative and analytical thinker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license
• Experience working with seniors/healthcare settings
