The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Dining Room Manager to provide high-level customer service, promote a fine dining atmosphere, and lead the dining team.
Requirements
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Promote a fine dining atmosphere
- Interviews, coaches, trains, develops, and hires dining room team members
- Coordinates scheduling for front of the house team members
- Manages POS functions through eMenu Choice software
- Coordinates and leads special events
- Assists in resident transition and satisfaction with meal service
- Performs other duties as assigned
