Care Partner (PRN)

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Care Partner to provide person-centered care and support to residents, working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and promoting resident independence and spiritual needs. The role requires adherence to infection control practices and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aid preferred
• CPR certification / First Aid certification preferred
• Must complete all state and Experience Senior Living specified training programs
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
