Care Partner (PRN)

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Care Partner to provide person-centered support to residents, focusing on their health and well-being. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, housekeeping, laundry, report review, and communication with the Director of Health & Wellness and other departments. The role emphasizes compassion, independence, and compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification / First Aid certification
• Must complete required training programs
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Communication skills
• Ability to work varied schedules
