Evolus is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its team, reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Chief Medical Officer, including prioritization of daily activities and strategic alignment of schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Proven experience coordinating complex domestic and international executive travel
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Apple products and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of professionalism, executive presence, and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to high-quality output
- Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment
- Adaptable and calm under pressure in a dynamic, highly regulated, and high-demand environment
- Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to tolerate stress and maintain composure in demanding situations
