Job Description
We are seeking a student to join its Financial Planning and Analysis team for a 4 months term in Summer 2026. The student will work closely with a collaborative team of professionals to provide analysis and insights into the results of Brookfield Renewable’s Canadian power business.
Requirements
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Well organized and ability to synthesize and conceptualize complex ideas
- Self-motivated and curious, with demonstrated initiative
- Heightened interpersonal and influencing skills
- Able to meet multiple objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (data manipulation, financial modelling) and MS PowerPoint (presentations)
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting considered an asset
- Experience with large ERPs (i.e. IFS, OneStream) would be an asset
- Experience in power & utilities would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills
