Join Brookfield Renewable as a System Analyst – Operational Strategy and support the North America Trading and Marketing platform with a focus on Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) tools. This role emphasizes process automation, programming, and advanced analytics.
Requirements
- Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with trading and risk management objectives.
- Prepare BRDs/BCDs, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain price curves and related analytical models.
- Drive process automation initiatives using advanced tools.
- Collaborate on programming tasks and data workflows using DataBricks, Alteryx.
- Investigate, analyze, and document specifications for ETRM software issues, enhancements, and updates.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage system configuration changes.
- Facilitate sessions to identify areas for process and system improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure knowledge base consistency.
