EVgo is seeking an experienced Inventory Compliance Manager to lead oversight of inventory control policies, procedures, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in inventory controls, auditing, and regulatory compliance, combined with the ability to partner cross-functionally to embed accountability across the organization.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and oversee inventory control policies and compliance standards across EVgo’s supply chain network.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy between physical counts and ERP system data.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and root cause analyses of discrepancies; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory.
- Partner with finance, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align inventory practices with business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to field teams and warehouse staff on inventory control procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in inventory management.
- Prepare and present regular reporting to leadership on inventory accuracy, compliance findings, and risk mitigation plans.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for inventory compliance within EVgo’s ERP and reporting systems.
