Payroll & Benefits Manager

Everlywell is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee all payroll and benefits administration across the United States. This role will focus on maintaining accuracy, compliance with regulations, and supporting the company's mission of empowering better health through AI-powered personalized health answers. The manager will partner closely with HR and Finance to design efficient processes and enhance the overall total rewards experience.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in payroll administration
• Deep understanding of multi-state payroll, tax regulations, and payroll systems
• Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, Medicare, OBRA, and DOL requirements)
• Experience administering employee benefits programs and managing vendor relationships
• Familiarity with HRIS and financial systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or HR certification preferred
