Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead and operationalize their global compensation, benefits, and well-being programs. Requirements
- At least 8 years of combined professional experience in cash compensation, bonus/incentive program design, equity compensation, and benefits.
- Experience in high-growth companies with a pattern recognition and earned experience across multiple stages of growth.
- Exceptional modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in googlesheets.
