Delivery Manager IT - Anglais courant H/F

We are recruiting a Delivery Manager IT for one of our major clients. The position is based in Paris. We offer a stable management team, a profitable and growing group, and a cohesive team.

Requirements

• - Ensure the follow-up and management of all services provided by the IT manager
• - Verify the fulfillment of contractual commitments (SLA)
• - Relay the company's HR policy to employees
• - Coordinate, follow up and ensure proper handling of incidents and service requests from the client
• - Coordinate and ensure proper consideration of change requests from the client or IT manager
• - Ensure the integrity of all IT assets for which the IT manager is responsible
• - Ensure and pilot annual DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) exercises between internal IT teams and the IT manager
• - Ensure the necessary comitology for all these actions
• - Propose, identify and define actions for service evolution and improvement
