Job Description
We are recruiting a Service Delivery Manager for one of our major clients. You will be responsible for organizing and piloting an IT support outsourcing, optimizing and animating customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of production and financial objectives.
Requirements
- Master of ITIL best practices reference and management techniques
- Customer service sense, leadership qualities, communication, analysis, and rigor
- Conversational English required
