Job Description
This position is for a Certified Surgical Services Assistant / CNA within Evergreen Surgical Center. The role involves assisting an RN in peri-anesthesia areas, providing direct and indirect patient care, and performing clerical tasks under supervision. The position requires lifting patients, performing treatments, and providing excellent patient care. The position is part-time with a range of pay rates depending on the needs of the customer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Nursing Assistant certification in the State of Washington
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- 6 months of previous experience in Surgical Services
- Current EKG Certification or training within 6 months of hire date
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of specific age-specific needs
