Job Description
EvergreenHealth is a leading provider of Home Health services in the Pacific Northwest, offering compassionate, skilled clinicians to patients in their homes. They are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide treatment programs and assist Registered Occupational Therapists. The position requires supervision by a Registered Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in the State of Washington
- Current Washington State Driver’s license and proof of insurability
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
