Job Description
Evergreen Residential is a growing Real Estate Company and institutional investment platform focused on servicing the single-family residential (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors. They are seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to support the disposition process, working with property owners and brokers to ensure the efficient completion of transactions. The role involves valuing, underwriting, and negotiating assets, with a focus on operational excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in single-family rental or build-to-rent acquisitions/dispositions
- Familiarity with valuation methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate preferred
- Motivated self-starter with collaborative teamwork skills
