Job Description
This role supports the global real estate credit team in underwriting and executing commercial real estate investments. The position involves financial valuation, deal due diligence, and creating investment memos. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and collaboration capabilities.
Requirements
- Support global private real estate credit team in underwriting and executing commercial real estate investments.
- Investments include senior bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity backed by all property type.
- Perform asset level and market level due diligence.
- Develop thorough understanding of deal’s capital structure and business plan.
- Preparation of investment memos, Term sheets, and asset management discussions.
- Review of legal documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
