Everfield is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to own the entire sales cycle of a full-cycle B2B SaaS closer with a strong technical acumen, responsible for owning pipeline, driving strategic sales development, technical sales, negotiation, and deal closing. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in complex B2B software sales, proven success in full-cycle closing roles, and strong technical acumen.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in complex B2B software sales
- Proven success in full-cycle closing roles within the software industry
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex engineering software
- Experience running structured discovery (BANT, MEDDICC, etc.) are a plus
- Confidence in leading multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Knowledge of CRM systems, e.g. HubSpot
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial ownership
- Self-sufficient and well-structured work style
- Business Fluent in English and German
