We are seeking an User Documentation & Training Expert to produce and maintain training material, configure and test systems, and provide guidance and support to users.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with 17 years of relevant IT professional experience
- Experience in online education or training, designing and implementing professional education products
- Experience in instructional design theories methodologies and best practices
- Experience working with Camtasia, graphic editing tools, and audio recording applications
- Excellent command of the English language
