User Documentation & Training Expert

We are seeking a User Documentation & Training Expert fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert in Brussels, Belgium. The candidate will design, prepare, and provide basic training courses, update training material, and provide first-level training support for users.

Requirements

• Design, preparation, and provision of basic training courses and updating of these courses during the release of applications for all users in multiple departments;
• Development and updating of training material (drafting user manuals, course scenarios, and FAQs, development of e-Learning videos and online aids, drafting of web pages, testing of new versions of applications, etc.) in close cooperation with the owners and project manager;
• First-level training support for users, mainly by e-mail and telephone;
• Interaction with stakeholders (customer, users, project owners, and developers);
• Testing when requested by the project owner.
