Job Description
As a Client Success Manager, you will lead clients' ecommerce business strategies, develop strong relationships, and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 2+++ years of eCommerce enabling or platform experience
- Ability to work independently and engage directly with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, adaptable to new tools
- Experience with Data Studio and/or Power BI preferred
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective problem-solving
