We are recruiting for a Senior Learning & OD Partner to join our People Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning content in support of enabling our teams success both in their current role and future ambitions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, training, or organisational development roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology, or a related field required. Master’s degree or professional certifications are desirable.
- Tech Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a technology company or a highly dynamic, innovative and scaling environment is essential.
- Instructional Design Mastery: Deep knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design principles and diverse training delivery methods.
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to translate business needs into practical, effective L&D solutions and drive them from conception to completion.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, measure ROI, and inform decision-making.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and motivate customers at all organisational levels.
- Innovation Mindset: Passion for exploring and integrating new learning technologies and methodologies to keep programs relevant and engaging.
