Engineering Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team building innovative eCommerce experiences at ESW, a leading global DTC eCommerce platform. The role involves driving the design, development, and technical ownership of a core element of our platform, collaborating with Architecture, Product, and Engineering Leads to deliver and maintain a high volume secure system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering OR equivalent experience
• Fluent English speaker
• Proven experience in engineering leadership and team management
• Experience with agile project management, development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
