Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years leading multi-disciplinary Agile development team
• Prior career experience as a Software Engineer
• Proven mastery of Agile software development practices (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• Strong ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
