Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage a residential housing construction project to completion. This role focuses on project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, safety standards, and communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be strong in leadership and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
- Time management and organizational skills.
