Job Description
Essel Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Sacramento, California. This role involves managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion, with a focus on healthcare, education, and commercial construction projects in Southern Oregon and Northern California. The PM will be responsible for budget management, contract administration, and ensuring project safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related construction experience
- Intermediate to Proficient level understanding in Sage 300, Procore or similar construction management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Adobe)
- Subcontractor insurance compliance experience
