Requirements

• 5 years of experience working in organizational business analysis, systems analysis, requirements development/management, business case development, and/or IT project planning
• expert knowledge of business process modeling, workflows, and data analysis
• proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• 3 years of experience with Information Technology in a Law Enforcement environment
• 3 years of experience working with implementing enterprise systems and/or replacement of legacy systems
• 3 years of experience in implementing case management systems
