Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum of three (3) years of IT business analysis or project management experience
• PMP or IIBA certification preferred
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware custom applications, quality management and ERP manufacturing systems
• Business analysis or project management in a manufacturing facility
• Knowledge of software development in an FDA regulated facility
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially C#
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Tools
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
• Experience with documenting requirements, and developing and executing testing plans to meet requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem solving, and project planning skills
