Senior / Lead Consultant - Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d)

The company is seeking a Senior / Lead Consultant - Software Development to be the interface between customers, stakeholders, and development teams. The role involves advising on architecture, design, and development decisions, ensuring efficient and sustainable software solutions, and actively contributing to software development. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, methodological understanding, and experience leading development teams.

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT (e.g., computer science or business informatics)
• At least 6 years of experience in professional software development with Java, TypeScript, Spring, and Spring-Boot
• Experience in leading development teams
• Familiarity with design and integration patterns
• In-depth knowledge in cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
• Experience in the architectural design of complex software systems
• Familiarity with methodical project and stakeholder management
• Ability to implement business requirements and coordinate technical development processes
• Enjoy working independently and value transparency & self-organization
• Commitment to continuous learning
• Very good German language skills
• Openness to occasional business trips
