Senior / Lead Consultant - Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d)

As a Senior / Lead Consultant - Software Development, you'll be the interface between customers, stakeholders, and development teams, advising on architectural and development decisions. You'll leverage technical expertise and methodologies to ensure efficient, sustainable, and deliverable software solutions, actively developing software and supporting the team in selecting technologies.

Requirements

• A completed degree in IT (e.g., computer science or business informatics)
• At least 6 years of experience in professional software development with Java, TypeScript, Spring, and Spring-Boot
• Experience leading development teams
• Familiarity with design and integration patterns
• In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
• Experience in the architectural design of complex software systems, e.g., with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Familiarity with methodical project and stakeholder management
• Ability to implement business requirements purposefully and coordinate technical development processes
• Enjoy working independently and value transparency & self-organization
• Consider continuous learning essential and enjoy facing exciting challenges in an agile team
• Very good German language skills
• Openness to occasional business trips
