Job Description
Ergonia DeFi is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive partnership origination and deal execution across DeFi protocols, vault platforms, and liquidity infrastructure projects. The role involves building relationships with protocol teams and contributing to the growth of their trading desk and market-making programs. The position is highly strategic and requires a commercial bridge between the trading desk and protocol owners.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales in crypto, DeFi, or financial markets.
- Deep understanding of DeFi market structure, liquidity provision, and DEX mechanics.
- Proven ability to structure and close deals with protocols, token foundations, or liquidity partners.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills: CRM discipline, pipeline management, and follow-up rigor.
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset, capable of operating autonomously.
