Job Description
Equal Education Partners is seeking reliable and motivated Cover Supervisors to supervise classes in secondary schools in Carmarthen, Wales. This role offers the opportunity to gain classroom management experience, school support roles, or a path toward teaching, providing flexible work with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time. The company prioritizes Welsh-medium schools and the education sector.
Requirements
- Experience working with young people (e.g. in education, coaching, youth work, care, mentoring)
- Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
- Ability to follow lesson plans and manage behaviour positively
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
