Job Description
Equal Education Partners is seeking reliable and motivated Cover Supervisors to supervise classes in secondary schools across the region. This is a temporary role offering flexible schedules, encompassing full-time or part-time positions covering multiple schools. The role requires classroom management skills, communication, and a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with young people (e.g. in education, coaching, youth work, care, mentoring)
- Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
- Ability to follow lesson plans and manage behaviour positively
- UK residency with legal right to work
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service
